"Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

"The views are hands down insane! You won’t find those kind of views anywhere else on the island. Make sure to wake up early to catch the sunrise. The mattress was hard and I believe does need to be replaced along with a couple pillows and the comforter was scratchy. There was no soap in the bathroom pump. We wanted to spend time down by the pool but there was no umbrella for shade. Small things but little things make a difference especially a good bed when you’re there all week. We didn’t...

"Wonderful location, great communication, and comfortable clean rooms. The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!"

"First screened in porch/balcony with no insects and the view of Coral Bay and town! All the basics for cooking and barbecuing needed. Ann was ever so responsive the morning after we arrived to help us access wifi and use TV. We broke coffee caraffe first morning and she was there by noon with a replacement. We're going back next February. "
