"We had two rooms - 221, which was updated, nicely furnished, and comfortable deck furniture. Bathroom and kitchen had also been renovated. Room 222 on the other have was very outdated, no decorations on walls, uncomfortable plastic furniture. The bathroom had a low grade sewer smell and the toilet water regurgitated a yellow-brown color backwash. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Lexie was terrific. "

Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. "We loved our two-room partial ocean-view villa. Clean, quiet and not too far from the pool. "Coconuts view of St.Thomas and the sunsets were bar none! All of the ammenities like the warm sparkling pool, the outdoor grill/patio, hot tub , telescope, hammock, and patio table for playing cards under the stars were used every single day!!! Awesome people who own this as well...quick responses and friendly....I will definitely come back!"

"Stay here, bring a speaker, backpack cooler, make some ice at the villa, fill up the cooler, bring some koozies and enjoy some drinks on any beach you want! We’re not picky, loved the stay and the adventure getting to and from the house each day even if it’s a little rough on the edges getting there. A good memory to make!"

Best views & pool deck on St John just up the hill from Cinnamon Bay Beach.

Relaxing stay

"That place was incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice, especially the pool and the view. You could tell all the native stonework was done by some real craftsman and it was well maintained. The grandkids learned to snorkel in the pool and then had a great time snorkeling at the beaches.. All the rooms were well appointed, the beds were comfy and the individual bathrooms and outside showers in each room where a plus that we didn’t expect. We especially enjoyed all the professional landscaping and outdoor lighting. We liked the privacy and quietness of the location. You’ll be sold on the place just coming up the long driveway with all the stonework before you even see the main house."

A truly hidden gem with a phenomenal view!!

"My husband and I were looking for a quiet place away from downtown and preferably with a great view. This place was both of these and then some!Coral Bay Harbor View is such a great villa on the east end of St. John right off of the main road. Just a short 15 minute (6 miles) drive from Cruz Bay. Very private and very quiet area. The only thing you’ll hear at night are the tree frogs and night birds.Elvis and Paulina were very great to communicate with and very understanding when our flight was delayed and we arrived late. Elvis gave a great tour of the place and gave us helpful information about the area.We had zero complaints with the villa. Everything we needed was provided…from beach chairs, beach towels and coolers. They all came in handy. The manicured landscaping is beautifully done. The views of the vibrant bougainvillea bushes out every window was very beautiful.Lastly, the highlight of this place is the absolutely phenomenal view from the deck. When you step out you can’t help but say “Oh my God!”. It’s an amazing view of Coral Bay harbor and several British Virgin Islands. Waking up to the sunrise view from the bed each morning was amazing.We highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it! Hope to be back someday.- Jenni & Dennis - Champaign, Illinois "

Sapphire Peak 2 bed/2 bath amazing views and private pool.

Wonderful!

"My husband and I loved our stay at Sapphire Peak 2. The space is comfortable and well decorated and maintained. Our greeter James and Beth were so accommodating and we loved the surprise welcome basket of goodies they prepared for us at check in. The views are amazing looking down on Coral Bay and in the mountains. Loved having a plunge pool to dip in to after a long day on the beaches in the sun. The villa is very conveniently located near Coral Bay beaches but also only a 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay and beaches on that side of the island. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked in several nights and enjoyed the serene surroundings. We would definitely recommend Sapphire Peak and hope to stay there again in the future."

"This was our second stay at Villa Rotunda, and was somehow better than the last time?! They've made lots of improvements to the property (not that it was shabby beforehand!), but much appreciated! Especially the two washers and dryers... amazing what a difference that makes! Peter Bay has the best views on the entire island, so it's hard to leave the house. But when you do, the proximity to the island's best beaches and Cruz Bay is really appreciated. It is SO GORGEOUS there!!!! Everyone was very comfortable in their rooms, and everywhere else on the property. This is a very special place. "

"Just a wonderful and comfortable place. Had all the kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils and cook wear. The view from every room was amazing ( Coral Bay). Great location to the beaches such as Trunk Bay. The pool was clean and had a ledge which you could sit in the water. Was very quiet at night and great for star gazing "
