"We like the location of this hotel and that there is parking really close by. Our room was on the street side and it was really noisy until late so if you have children I would recommend you check where your room is. But the rooms are clean and have nice facilities such as an iron and ironing board "

"Booked this hotel again because of the facilities after a hard day on the road the spar is a nice go to relax. ….. I was horrified to find that a 45min relaxation session was going to cost £8 even though the pricing tariff stated £5 apparently the price had increased that day. Location is remote for visiting the local area but only a short drive away. This hotel will now be taken off my favourite list of places to stay when working again in the area. Not got a feel good satisfaction this time...

Lovely

"Lovely hotel - staff were so friendly and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the river. Couple of minor niggles, the room service tray wasn’t collected for quite a while and I did have to ask for it to be removed. The heating is way too high and I couldn’t adjust it. The bathroom was clean but very tired and in desperate need of updating. The shower wasn’t great and had an old fashioned curtain over the bath that was a little mouldy in places. "
