Couple of minor niggles, the room service tray wasn’t collected for quite a while and I did have to ask for it to be removed. The heating is way too high and I couldn’t adjust it. The bathroom was clean but very tired and in desperate need of updating. The shower wasn’t great and had an old fashioned curtain over the bath that was a little...

"Nice and comfy room, the bathroom could use re-decorating soon but still comfortable. The hotel restaurant is terrible, breakfast was just about acceptable but I wish I'd gone for dinner somewhere else. There are plenty of other choices in the Metro centre."

"There was evidence of smoking - cigarette ends on the flat roof outside the only functioning window. The chair was broken. The continental breakfast was not served on time and was meagre and very poor. The staff were friendly however and with a bit of thought and better planning it could easily improve."
