"We arrived at the hotel around 7pm and check in was an easy process. Slightly annoyed that the room we wanted to choose was shown as available on their screen however it was rebooked for an additional by current guess. The room itself was clean and bed was comfortable. Our kettle was broken and reception replaced it right away. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered immediately. "My room was massive, there was a sofa and a small dining area, at least double the size of my room in Taipei It's not too far from two metro stations I was on the 14th floor so the view was fantastic. There was a small balcony you could go out onto The noise pollution is pretty bad, but that's been true of every hotel I've stayed in in both Korea and Taiwan, it seems the norm there is to have single pane glass. If you're a light sleeper I'd recommend earplugs or a static noise generator "
