"We stayed here in March 2025. The property itself is fantastic. The master bedroom was huge with a view of the ocean. The living space with an extra bed also had an ocean view. We enjoyed coffee and meals on the deck, which of course also had an ocean view. We rented a car from.SXM and it was absolutely necessary. I was a little leery at first, but you definitely need a car with this location. It’s easy to get around and we were able to explore the entire island. There are markets close by and a little French café, where we grabbed breakfast every morning. The housekeepers were very friendly and great. This is definitely not like a hotel though so we had to restock our own water beverages, coffee, etc. which was totally fine."

"Property is great! Rooms are renovated and beach in March 2025 was phenomenal, very little rocks and not a lot of seaweed. Pelican grill is great as well (shoutout to Devon who took great care of us all week). Met a lot of friendly people who’ve been coming to this hotel for years and always loved it. I found it to be a great value hotel. If you rent a car though, the road to get to/from hotel (Billy Folly Road) needs to be replaced (very large potholes that will ruin your bumpers). "
