"We were in the M building which was very convenient to the beach lobby and restaurants. My daughter was in B which was ok for them but I as a 72 yr old with asthma would have needed to call a shuttle every time I wanted to come down to the beach lobby or restaurants."

"The property was great. The only problem was check in on Saturday. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. They were very apologetic and said they had trouble with housekeeping. They gave us a $50 voucher for the restaurant and we also had full use of the pool or beach while we waited for the room to be ready. We had an ocean view room on the 5th floor with a nice balcony. The view was awesome. The room was clean, large and had a full kitchen which was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants...

"Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time."

"Sonesta Mobay is great for all groups, however, it was an awesome bestie birthday celebration! The manager and workers made my day feel like it was a holiday. There was a mistake made with my original booking but they upgraded me to the 10th floor. The advantages of 9th and 10th floor are sweet for girl trips! My first time in St. Martin, but it wasn’t my last time and that's because of experience and interactions with staff. Loved it there!"

"Loved Oyster Bay resort. The room we stayed in was spacious and a bit worn but clean. The shower needs updating off the master and the water pressure was low. The staff were mostly friendly. The food was good except options limited on Valentine day dinner and Thurs buffet was not great for the amount of money charged the buffet food was very salty. "My best friend and I traveled to celebrate my birthday and this was hands down the best resort I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The dining options were great. Our favorite was Azul. Katiana was the absolute best bar tender at the infinity pool. We looked forward to chatting with her and getting perfectly made drinks. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful."
