"Staff was nice. Cleaning daily. Quiet. Not many staying in the hotel. Had to pay for laundry. We had very spacious suite. Furniture in the lobby is antique and needed dusting. We had to dust the tables etc in our room. Very big bathroom with tub and walk in shower. Can get basic breakfast but we mostly ate on the boardwalk. Will come back again."

"Excellent grounds for scenery and ambience. Design of the buildings and resort hotel rooms were very attractive. Very tidy, clean resort grounds. Beach great for swimming, nice sand, enjoyable beach front patio restaurant. Shopping on site for groceries or otherwise was mediocre, although not expensive. The buffet restaurant on site (at $45 per person) also mediocre, which explains why so few patrons frequented it each night."

"The actual accommodations at the Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo are wonderful. The unit we stayed in was roomy and well stocked. The balcony is large and the views were beyond wonderful. The staff is pleasant and very accommodating. Having them bring a Continental Breakfast to our room everyday was a lovely way to start the day. The pool is large but not fancy. "This hotel is the best on the Dutch side of the island. It is in the heart of everything. Stores are outside the front door, the beach is outside the back door. The staff are exceptional, always made you feel welcome. The food and service in the restaurant are top notch. The hotel and rooms are very clean."
