"We had a magical holiday at Princess Anouk. The property was beautiful, tidy, and ideally located. Just steps away from everything you’d want. When returning to St.Martin I wouldn’t stay anywhere else because this rental property is perfection. "

"This was a wonderful accommodation. This part of the Oriental Bay is a relaxing, resort-like area a quick walk from a gorgeous beach and its many chair lunch operations as well as to about 10 great dinner restaurants. The unit is very comfortable for two with a nice balcony. Being three flights up (stairs) gets you views of palm trees, nearby buildings and lots of sun (but no ocean views). While technically above / behind some shops, you'd never know it - it feels like the nice condo complex...

"Great location. Two minute walk to the centre of Orient Beach. Isabelle was a gracious host. The room was very clean on arrival. The kitchen was adequate for preparing any meals we wanted. The downside was that this is a very small unit, even for a studio. The dining and living rooms are on the veranda."

"This property has a very unique look, its literally a small castle and is 10 mins away from the airport and a 5 min walk from Casinos, Nightclubs, Food etc. Frank was also very cordial and helpful."

"Very nice modern apartment. Everything (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms) seemed very new and in good condition. Excellent location--steps across to the beach with many beach restaurants and services (umbrellas, lounges). Just a short block to the village restaurants grouped together and the shops including a nice smaller grocery called The Casino. "First of all we would like to say "thank you" to our host: Chirstopher and his two sons. Our stay at their location was exceptional. The property sits on a hillside above Loterie Farms so you will need a vehicle. The property was equipped with everyday necessities and the views were spectacular. This was a vacation for the books and we will definitly be returning."

"Property was exactly as portrayed in the photos. Great place for two people. Very quiet and right on the beach. The host (Julia) was delightful and easy to deal with. A car is recommended but you can walk to Marigot if you like. Wonderful place - would stay again. Great value for money"

"I stayed alone for a week of scuba diving in Simpson Bay before meeting up with my wife and spending another week on the French site in Orient Bay together. Everything went seamlessly from check-in to the end of my stay. The apartment is on the lower floor of a newer apartment building, with views over Cole Bay, an area next to Simpson Bay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep in. Everything I needed was either within walking or less than 5 minutes driving distance....

"My best friend and I traveled to celebrate my birthday and this was hands down the best resort I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The dining options were great. Our favorite was Azul. Katiana was the absolute best bar tender at the infinity pool. We looked forward to chatting with her and getting perfectly made drinks. Everyone at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful."

"We were in the M building which was very convenient to the beach lobby and restaurants. My daughter was in B which was ok for them but I as a 72 yr old with asthma would have needed to call a shuttle every time I wanted to come down to the beach lobby or restaurants."

Great Area

"We got stuck there overnight in St Martin and they had availability. We have stayed there before. It is quite a comfortable place to stay and well situated. It was also quite reasonable for the night. We have stayed there multiple times and have always had a good experience. The people are extremely friendly. The only issue is you cannot check out late on a Saturday morning."
