"the interior of hotel is good, but the exterior building would need a coat of paint. i will consider staying there again. maybe have a safe deposit box in each room - why ? your clients will want to go to pulau, so they can lock their passport and valuables in the room , rather than using the front safe. SO PLS IMPLEMENT A SAFE IN EACH ROOM INCLUDING ECONOMY ROOMS WITHOUT WINDOWS AT LEVEL 2. "

"Celyn Hotel is located near a mall which is an ideal location. The hotel furnishing is as good as any 3star hotel however the maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The room and bathroom was not thoroughly clean and had leftovers from the previous guest. I had to personally scrub the bathroom. Bedsheets also had greyish hue to it including the towels rather than the fresh white colour that normal hotels would have. It is ashamed that such a hotel is poorly maintained and it seems as though...

"The stay was good, because it was quite and the location is very convenient for my business trip. Foods is easy to get, supermarkets is just steps away. It has plenty of parking space after working hours. Love the small fridge which can keep my drinks cold. Some disappointment as well, I don't like the smell of the room because the window was locked for safety purpose, I would like to have some fresh air if they can do that. I don't think they vacuum the carpet because I didn't see them do...

"Teenage staff, they spend their days tunning the engine of their sport cars in front of the rooms, until late at night, football games in the playground behind until 2 a.m. with croud shouting at every action, room full of mosquitos and antz, broken shower with very low water pressure, antique aircon that almost don't refresh the room, and make far too much noise as well, i'll never go back there..."
