"Comfortable and clean, with parking, it’s the second time we’ve stayed here. Brentford train station connects to Waterloo in half an hour, so the hotel is a great option at a good price. Breakfast is good (usual hot and cold options), bath and a shower in the room, plus a decent sofa bed for the teenager. "

"I stay at this hotel very regularly. My room was lovely.Service friendly as usual.Slightly annoyed at check in when my Driver's licence was curtly demanded although I had other photo ID which I provided but was not considered valid by the very young check in receptionist.I was utterly exhausted having driven down from the North for six hours and then to have to go back to my car to fetch my driver's licence was annoying."

"Had a lovely dinner at the Gate restaurant, loved my bedroom and the massive bathroom. Staff was friendly. Didn't like the layout, lots of corridors which did wonders for my steps, spent a lot of time going around in a circle. I also had a great spa treatment. "
