"Everything was great, except 2 things.... there was a dog in the room across the hall and although he only barked twice, my son, who has "dog issues", was freaked out.. Also, there was a $22 service fee that I thought had been done away with. In addition to that fee, I left a tip for the cleaning person and the valet... where does that $22 service fee go... "

"Omni Providence is a beautiful property to enjoy and relax in while visiting Rhode Island. Self park with no in out privileges is not traveler friendly at $20 per day and you will get charged after the first 10 minutes. Valet is $38 a day with in out privileges. Self park in that garage should be free or up to $10 a day."
