"For our 25th anniversary we chose Newport, RI for a getaway. As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....

"This was an amazing experience! Exceptional property and service. Definitely a Five Star location, located along the famous Cliff Walk, right on the ocean! We stayed in the French Provincial room which had amazing ocean views. The room itself was flawless and beautiful, heated floors in the super large bathroom, everything was sparkling clean. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived until our departure. The staff was amazing, including Hannah, the maitre-de, to Craig, our on-staff driver,...
