"Hotel Viking gets high marks for their customer service. All of the staff were very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, including a refrigerator. The rooms are quiet. The valet parking was quick and there is a fee. I had an excellent time here for a 2 day stay. "

Unfortunate that some parents weren’t respectful of other guests in wangling their children who spent rday and night running throughout the hotel. Children running through the halls at 10pm is unacceptable, at any hotel billing themselves as a resort. While the staff politely asked the unattended children to refrain, the situation warranted an escalation and speaking with their parents to resolve the issue. "

As first time visitors, we researched options and chose the Vanderbilt because it seemed central in location and the fact there were onsite spa services and good bar. This first choice was fortunate because we then met Morgan, the lead concierge. I booked the hotel and then immediately emailed re:spa services. Morgan called within 5 minutes of my email to book our appts and then proactively offered other services, ideas, and resources....
