"Hotel was easy to find. Staff very friendly. Spa facilities were good. But no seal round door of sauna so never got really hot. Clean warm swimming pool. Good steam room. Good changing facilities. Good sized bedroom but it only had a small radiator and was not big enough to warm the room up. There was a fan for when it was hot but ok additional heating. It was really cold when we stayed and so asked for a heater, unfortunately they didn’t have any and so the following evening we asked...

We arrived just as 2 busloads of French tourists were checking in. The poor receptionist was run off her feet, but stopped what she was doing to help us.
