"Stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from a holiday. I’ll start off by saying, the staff who were actually there were amazing, and totally blameless. However, this hotel is abysmal. We arrived just as 2 busloads of French tourists were checking in. The poor receptionist was run off her feet, but stopped what she was doing to help us. She explained that the hotel was closing the following Wednesday for refurbishment and the staff had been told that they were losing their jobs. ...

Brian is always on hand at the end of an email or phone call to assist if required and Ann came out when we had an issue with the key and resolved it in 15 minutes. Great place and we will certainly book again."
