"This was my second stay at this hotel and Im just as happy as the first time. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Safety is something big for me and they fulfilled this. Youre not able to access any of the floors unless you have a pass key that allows you to close the doors for the elevator. Rooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot ! The bars were all very nice and the daily mixology class was fun. The location made it great to walk to restaurants and bars all around us. The casino was also fun. I would definitely recommend this property "

From the front desk service in checking us in, trying to accommodate us for a late check-out/actually checking us out, to the dinner staff... everyone was truly very nice! The only complaint we have about our room was the shower only had scalding hot or freezing water, there was no in between. Not sure if this was just a problem with our room (510). But really amazing service we loved it here!!!! Hopefully we'll be back soon!"
