"This is an excellent place to stay. There are always staff at the front desk who are courteous and informative. All receptionists we interacted with spoke English. The rooms are plenty comfortable and clean. The stairs and small elevators are a small challenge for accessibility, but only a few stairs are required to climb to get to the accomodations. "The property was very central to most tourist sites. Apart from one guy at the desk who greeted us the first night but never saw again, everybody was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. There were windows in the room but no safety and we had kids and the room was really high up so we couldn’t really open them. But it was a nice hotel. "
