"Perfect location, lovely hotel, friendly staff. Gym is tiny, max 2 people at a time. Was disappointed to find out we had to pay extra to use sauna. Breakfast was cold, would be nice if they made eggs to order or had a warming plate. But overall we had a great stay, was quiet and had a nice roof deck. "

Campo de Fiori is only steps away and Trastevere, Piazza Navona and Pantheon are just a few steps further. Communication and customer service is prompt, professional and very polite. "Excellent property in great location 5 minutes walk from Spanish steps , clean , boutique style excellent customer service from all staff . "

"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "
