We loved staying outside of the crazy crowded part of Rome and enjoyed local restaurants and shopping. "When we first walked into the apartment we thought for sure that we had stepped arrived at the wrong address. The online photos were beautiful and elegant. The actual apartment was a dismal dump. Half of the listed amenities were nonexistent, including ones that we had planned our trip around. For example, we needed a clothes washer and dryer. We also needed a full stove with oven. "L'appartamento era abbastanza comodo, attrezzato di tutto il necessario per noi (genitori con un ragazzo dodicenne). I proprietari, simpaticissimi, erano sempre disponibili e gentili. Fare la loro conoscenza è stato un vero piacere. Inoltre, essere circondati da alberi da frutta nel cortile accanto è stato un valore aggiunto, molto gradevole. "Location was great! There is a bar Nextdoor that can create some noise but it didn’t bother us much. When you walk out the door you’re right into the night life but there isn’t much foot traffic outside the door so that also helped with noise. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being that the bedroom is underground it helped keep it very cool in addition to the air conditioners. The host was very pleasant and our stay was so easy! Would recommend!"

"This was our first trip outside of our home country. The building is beautiful, and within walking distance to so many beautiful sites. We had some hiccups along the way which arent always prevalent, but happened nonetheless. Upon our second day, we had a note on our door from the tenant below us stating a water pipe had burst in his unit and he was forced to shut the water off (including our unit) jdjswe were able to work around it "

"We had a nice stay at this property. The location couldn’t be better. Giulia was helpful and we were able to check in without a problem. The bathroom is small but was fine for us. All the appliances worked. "

"Very friendly hosts with helpful communication and smooth check in process. Great location 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Spacious, secure accommodation with everything you need - although a kettle would be a great addition. Only issue is some damp smells in the apartment. "
