"The Hotel Universo was clean, staff were very helpful, and location was great. The hotel was close to main transportation hub, Termini Station. Also there were several good places to eat within the blocks surrounding the hotel. I would recommend this hotel."

"Overall, clean and good. Front desk very helpful. Down side: No ice machines functioning on 5 of 6 floors. One waiter at breakfast quite rude when asked to help with juicing oranges. Dining room was not full, but he didn’t want to bother. "

"The hotel was 10 minutes from FCO and provides shuttles to and from the airport at 7euros per person (from 4-6am, min 25euros for up to 3 persons). The room was small but comfortable. The bathtub doesn't drain well. It would be nice if the hotel provides 2 bottles of free water per room per day like the other one we stayed in Rome. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance."
