"Staff were absolutely awesome. The room was very comfortable, and clean. We had a small balcony on our room. The food at the restaurant was very good. We had prepaid for dinner and breakfast was included. The food at the upstairs bar was also very good but not included. It is a little bit away from shopping and downtown but taxis are about 7€ or there is a hop on hop off bus nearby. The taxis mostly do cash only though. Only a few take credit card. "Exceptional in every way! Rooms, amenities, details, location, food, but most impressively was the service. From the moment we walked in early we felt as if we were home. Every single person we met that worked at Sensi were warm, patient, accommodating, fun, happy, and the employees made our trip what it was.
