"Getting greeted off the boat with a cold glass of Jamaica (Habiscus) was the first experience. Without even setting foot on this beautiful property. We showed up before our check-in to leave our extra luggage and they attend us regardless. We took off to visit Tikal. In the mean time they took our luggage and placed it in the room for us. "La Lancha is an amazing place to stay if you like nature. We enjoyed every minute during our stay. The staff is very accommodating and provides excellent customer service. We enjoyed the sauna (temascal), swam in the lake and the hotel crew helped us coordinate a boat sunset trip to celebrate our daughter’s birthday.
