"I will not stay there again. The front desk staff were amazing. The restaurant, would not take my order, or serve me food. The restaurant was open, but the staff are incompetent."

"The location is good (on the island) and the staff were friendly. The free coffee and bread rolls was nice, in the absence of breakfast being available. The room was a bit dark, as the advertised balcony isn't really a balcony but a small enclosed room attached to the room. The terrace is nice but there is no bar service (although the minibar is well priced). The staff were friendly but not very forthcoming with information unless asked. For example, I only found out about the swimming pool...

"Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Loud music from the hotel's reception played late at night meant that sleep was almost impossible. Also the layout of the rooms on the ground floor meant that the shower from one room was adjacent to the bedroom in the next room (with a glass screen in between), so that the noise of the shower plus any noise from the next room could be heard all too clearly.
