"Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Loud music from the hotel's reception played late at night meant that sleep was almost impossible. Also the layout of the rooms on the ground floor meant that the shower from one room was adjacent to the bedroom in the next room (with a glass screen in between), so that the noise of the shower plus any noise from the next room could be heard all too clearly. "Super comfortable and nice looking villas on the lake. Lots of wildlife around (we even saw a crocodile while having breakfast in the restaurant). Many hikes through the rainforest to enjoy the nature. The gem of our whole trip to Guatemala."
