"I understand with the recent rain some of the cleaning staff couldn’t get to work. We did have to wait for our room, but didn’t mind as the reception staff let us put our bags upstairs. Overall pretty clean as the poor staff had to work extra hard. It was appreciated."

ALL THIRD PARTY booking information needs to now be changed to clearly state that there is now a £5 per night charge for parking. This is currently VERY MISLEADING as the information when booking states parking as part of the hotel packages and CURRENTLY DOES NOT mention the charge. Huge thanks to the hotel manager and staff from myself for waiving the charge on this occasion. However I will be put off...
