The lemonade and conch fritters were sooo delicious. Cute pool and two different access to the beach from two sides. Breakfast was amazing and they also have access to an on site restaurant. "

"Service at the restaurants, pools and common areas seemed like it always took forever. Went to dinnervit took 45 min to get a drink. Took 20 min got a water we asked for. Took time to get our breakfast more then 30 min."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Reef Atlantis. It is beautiful here. The hotel, the beach, the pool area were so nice. Everything is convenient and walkable if you want to go to the other hotels and use their pools or the water parks, a shuttle bus takes you to and from each place every 7 minutes 24 hours a day. Yes food is expensive for sure but if you get a good deal on hotels and flights splurging on food is worth it. The staff was great the room was clean and we had a kitchenette and fridge....

"While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...
