"It was run down and dirty. Nasty carpet, uncomfortable beds, wires all over the ceiling. Towel rack was busted in the bathroom, linoleum floor was coming up, dirty shower and ceiling. We had a "kitchenette" but there was no coffee maker or toaster and the dishes were on top of a 2" layer of dust. The creamer and coffee were in the "office" and the creamer was curdled. "I love this property the over all stay was nice . It was the staff that took it down a star . Half were very accommodating and pleasant. The other half could use hospitality training. They just seemed inconvenienced by simple requests. Such as extra blankets or towels. But overall a great place . I would stay here again."

" well we had a big problem with non-handicap room, room was below the parking lot then stairs, we did get him in room first night, but the staff accommodated us to move to handicap room on parking level with no stairs, Another issue is the beautiful pool area, no matter how you access it there are two sets of 4-5 stairs no wheelchair, or walker access, it does have pool lift but it was broken,My brother came to visit so we just lifted our son to get in and out of the pool,Again staff tried there...
