"Great hotel that is located centrally in North Conway. Clean rooms and friendly staff. "

"Our one night stay was great! I think we were one of half dozen cars in the parking lot so it was very quiet. Our small family stayed, though we didn't take advantage of the indoor pool - I wish we had. The breakfast included wasn't great, but we weren't expecting it to be amazing either. We would stay again!"

"Nice hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The woman at breakfast, who also apparently cleaned the rooms, was helpful and friendly. Very nice."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "

"Extremely clean and great location. Host was great to work with and condo well stocked. Host very gracious about check in and out times. Location perfect for a family trip between Story Land, Santa’s Village or winter skiing."
