"We received a very warm welcome from Paulo, who runs the transportation service and picked us up from the airport in Belo Horizonte, and his wife Marcia, who runs the pousada. (We also used Paulo’s transportation services to go to and from Inhotim (20-30 mins each way) and to Ouro Preto.) The grounds are beautiful and lush with plants - and some toucans! "The staff was always cordial and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and the shower was good even if it needed frequent adjustments at the beginning. "O quarto que eu fechei pelo hotéis.com era totalmente diferente do que a recepção do hotel queria que eu ficasse. Reclamei com a gerente e ela trocou meu quarto. Me senti desmerecida. No sábado a noite já colocaram um papel embaixo da porta do quarto informando o horário do checkout, parecia que estavam me expulsando. Achei o hotel bom, mas a hospitalidade muito ruim.
