The receptionists are very polite, but the hotel is not good, when I entered the room I had to dust it, the floor was dirty and there was dog hair, there was a water leak in the bathroom, old and dirty towels, the air conditioning is programmed, there is no point in lowering the temperature as it will continue not to cool down, and the breakfast is terrible.

Considero este hotel como o melhor custo-benefício de Belo Horizonte. Moderno. Quartos amplos com frigobar abastecido. Estacionamento. Elevador panorâmico. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Localização numa área bem tranquila com supermecados, restaurantes e uma bela braça com ar de interior. Área da Piscina com vista linda Wi-fi bem estável. Dentro do hotel funcions o restaurante Nuboa que oferece rodízio de pizzas, sushi a vontade ou no kg, pratos a la carte. Equipe do hotel muito cordial com destaque para Emerson e Marcos! Experiência excelente!
