"O quarto que eu fechei pelo hotéis.com era totalmente diferente do que a recepção do hotel queria que eu ficasse. Reclamei com a gerente e ela trocou meu quarto. Me senti desmerecida. "O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa e atendentes muito simpáticos, mas falta se organizarem para receber os hóspedes. No dia que chegamos não estavam preparados, sendo que reservamos com muita antecedência, não tinha opções de bebidas, a piscina aquecida não estava ligada, não tinha sobremesa.
