"Very warm welcome on arrival. Staff very friendly and our room, Deluxe Sea view, was lovely. Clean, bright and very comfortable. Breakfast vouchers issued and we had option of 2 cafes. The Shakespeare was our favourite with wide range of options. Sadly the sister hotel Akra was closed for renovation so we had no outside space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. "We made a reservation for a big apartment in the second or third floor a month in advance and we confirm it many times but when we arrived at the hotel they gave us a small and smelly apartment in the basement and charged us for a big up stairs apartment.
