"Super clean and spacious for our family of 5. Excellent location! Right in the middle of everything. Well equiped with microwave, cutelry, crockery, oven, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc. One thing we wanted to do was dispose of trash/glass bottles but didnt know where to do that. Might be just us but we like to tidy before we leave. Overall a very comfortable stay right in the heart of Liverpool. We will be back!! "

"Excellent location (15 minutes’ walk from Lime Street Station) and the welcoming, friendly staff who helped me with everything I needed from taxis that arrived in 2 minutes to borrowing an umbrella. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The Bar and bartender were very nice and enjoyed my glass of wine in the nicely appointed lobby"

"Overall a great stay and I would have no complaints about the room or level of service. Some repair work however may be required in the general area around the lift with a broken glass door and repair work required to the wall on level one Once this work is carried out I feel that the Hotel would be worthy of the full four ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating again."
