"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "The hotel is in a beautiful location. We stayed in a beach room with fabulous views of the beach and sea and the sunsets were gorgeous. The beach restaurant served lovely food although we found the buffet restaurant didn’t always have a wide choice of different cuisine. Staff lovely and friendly and really helpful to me with a broken ankle at the time. "
