The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated. The room was spacious with an ocean view. The plants around the property were very well-maintained. The food was good with a nice variety. On the downside, it was clear that there was a lack of good management. During meals, the signs with the names of the dishes were often mixed up or missing.

Wonderful, brand new hotel. Hard working staff, great food. We felt Elite Club was worth the extra.....exclusive pool with plentiful Bali beds and its own bar serving food and upgraded drinks overlooking the sea, quiet and blissful. We didn't want to go home!

Personeel is fantastisch. RIU-app werkte helaas niet helemaal naar behoren (konden de restaurants in het naastgelegen hotel niet reserveren), maar het personeel deed hun uiterste best om dat voor ons te regelen.
