I wrote ahead of time with the request of a room in a quiet area. Request was completely ignored, they assigned one just next to the main restaurant. We asked to be moved, but final room was next to the kitchen.
As we do not use WhattsApp, they could not give us right away the program of the activities. Our resident host, after several reminders and complaints, provided us with a printed version only 3 DAYS after. The service at the main restaurant was chaotic, rude, and felt like a hostel service with waiters just hanging around watching their phones and leaving guests to remove their empty plates to go on with their meal.
The beach is very windy. On the side of the C Club restaurant, the towels they give to guest are in the worst conditions and have to be returned by 5PM.
The worst part is that after the dinner at one of the restaurants of the Le Telfair (we were in half board and ate and drank only at at the property) of the 3rd night I got food poisoning. The next day I was feeling so bad (emesis, diarrhea, besides fever, we had to call in the hotel doctor, who diagnosed ACUTE GRASTROENTERITIS, gave me an injection and prescribed several me medicaments. The hotel - besides lifting two days meal cost for one person from the final bill (which moreover was wrong with charges of food we did not consume and which did not lifted the costs of two dree drinks as by booking) - has denied any responsibility and refused to pay any compensation.
