"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. "Definitely a top hotel. Few comments. To give extra information for future guests about small downsides. No hot drinks at lunch and dinner. (It is possible in the various bars), breakfast we found open late 07h30. And yet quite a bit of construction debris (concrete blocks) on the beach and sunbed)"
