"The carousel was an amazing location for my husband and I to take a couple days away to rest and relax. We loved the ice rink and overall feel of the hotel. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub! The ice rink was so much fun! My only advice is to ask for a higher level room or corner if you are sensitive to noise. It didn’t bother us but the music was loud. "I stayed in this property for a teachers’ conference. The staff I spoke to were very polite and more than willing to help. The room was clean and quiet. I also liked the breakfast and the birds they have in the lobby. The only thing I did not like was the parking options. The hotel per se doesn’t have that many parking spaces so we had to park by the street and we weren’t sure about how safe it was. Nothing happened but we would have preferred to park in the property. "Quick family getaway. My sister and I decided to take our kids (4 of them)away for the weekend . We booked 2 rooms side by side. I called to ask if they had any rooms with rooms that connected with a door in between the rooms for the kids to go between rooms the lady stated only on ocean front and it would cost more money, I said no we will be fine just rooms next to each other. When we got to our rooms, they upgraded our rooms free of charge with ocean view . These views were stunning. Thank you so much. And the kids were back and forth between rooms with not having to go out in the hallway. "
