"The property is secluded and about 30 mins away from city center. It is in a nicely quietly situated area. The goal of the trip was to hopefully see lady Aurora and to stay in an igloo. This resort met those expectations! I was very fortunate Aurora did her show right above my igloo! What a dream that was. However, the heater wasn’t working in my igloo and while they were quick to attempt to resolve the issue it took hours for guest services to troubleshoot and remedy the situation. They ended up comping dinner and giving me another suite for the night but then woke me up multiple times the next morning to work while I attempted to sleep. Again, happy for the effort but no one wants to be woken up on their vacation. Positives: their aurora alarm will wake you...
