"What a magical experience.. we love the East village,, it’s quiet and the staff are super friendly and helpful.. from beginning to end we were satisfied with the service, food in the dining area, the bell boy service.. the excursions are in the west side but we love East side more.. we saw the Aurora 3 nights of our 4 nights stay .. and yes their aurora alarm works.. we came here not for the convenience but for the REAL igloo experience and we are glad we did it.. thank you,, our winter vacation was perfect "

"These chalets are beautiful and the fit so many people. We had a group of 10 split across 2 Superior Chalets for just one night and I wish we could have stayed longer! The included breakfast buffet was excellent. They let us store our bags after checkout while we went out on a tour. Plus we were able to leave our cars parked there while on the tour. All at no extra charge. Lovely place."

"Incredible Hotel and service, the rooms were fantastic, and being so close to the look out was great - great sledging with the kids / food was brilliant at the restaurant and the access to Santa Park was ideal. Highly Recommend this place, we stayed in Santa Village for 2 nights and here for a further 2 - was without a doubt best part of the trip. "
