"We booked this hotel having never been to Rovaniemi. What a surprise in the heart of the city! The hotel was modern yet comfortable. Our Double room with queen bed was wonderful and well appointed. "initially the room temperature were cool enough, 21ºC. When I complained, the receiption promised to send me the technician by tomorrow. When I insist, she promised to find one soon who never come till over an hour. When I chased, she suddenly ask the kitchen man to came my room who finally overcome temporary.
