Loved the cottages and the breakfast was really great. A later check out too, which we really appreciated. Sledges free to borrow, a very welcome addition as the rest of the activities are quite expensive.

Most restaurants close before 7pm and mostly souvenir shops in village. Some accommodation too far from reception and difficult to find esp in dark snowy conditions . More lights and signage will be useful

I think the high point of this destination is the location because you’re actually very close to the Santa Claus village. It also had a lovely breakfast bread and plenty of dining options within the Santa Claus village as well as around it in in the shopping centre. It is also extremely well connected and easy to access by multiple modes of transportation. Especially love the room we were in their standard cottage, which also had a sauna inside the room which meant we didn’t have to share a sauna with other people and we had our own private one. It is usually well decorated and maintained. My only issue was that the cleanliness could have been better in our room. The utensils provided with the room were completely not usable, especially the pans. When I called the reception to request them for another pan, they said that it would take more than an hour. I also offered to pick up the pan from the reception but the lady told me that she’s the only one at reception and does not have any substitutes. The next morning we were checking out and noticed that a new pan had been provided that morning but was of no use as we were checking out.

Well its Christmas 365 days of the year. Recommend getting breakfast package great value. Limited eveng dinner option only 1 restaurant open in early Novand check the bill they make errors.

Excellent location, as the bus connectivity from the hotel to city Center in Rovaniemi or airport and railway station is very good. Cottages are tidy and equipped with essentials. The staff was very kind and kept our luggage even though our check in was hours later than we arrived. We were told about what’s nearby and offers we could avail using the hotel’s reservation details
