"Ideally located, lovely hotel in a safe area. Nice walk to the river. Lots of restaurants etc in the area. Facilities excellent, the spa was peaceful and the rooms were well appointed. "

"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."

"Room was small but renovated Overall staff very helpful I just found it annoying that I couldn’t get a bucket of ice in my room had to go to the bar on the mezzanine Also @ breakfast they charge for latte and cappuccino I found that very cheap But overall nice clean room "
