"This property is a very nice area of west bay. The beach is really nice the service is really bad. Their costumer service needs to improve. From the reception up to the servers. The only people that was very nice was the beach guys Marvin. I will give Marvin a 5 star but that is all. The receptionist don’t greet the costumers and it’s like you are a begging them to give you something. No smile, just terrible and horrible experience."

"This may be my favorite hotel or resort I’ve ever stayed in. It’s truly exceptional. The property is gorgeous, service is great, food is wonderful. I wish we could stay longer. And I wish I’d listened to the reviews about how magical this place is. We split our stay between here and another well-reviewed hotel. That first hotel was very nice but this place blows everywhere else out of the water. Worth paying a bit more to stay here!"
