"The facility was ’ok’... not easy to locate... rooms were too porous to sound from the outside... staff needs some training in hospitality although the lady night manager was efficient and proffessional. Comfortable stay except for the noise. Shopping very nearby for those interested. "

The refund was made after numerous efforts and wastage of time. Also the adventure activities the photos of which they exhibit here on the website do not exist at all. They are taking us for a ride. Go at your own risk. Disappointing stay. "

"The refrigerator in the room I first stayed was not working. Left for two days and came back same thing refrigerator not working I inform the desk said they will send engineering no one came. I was checking out the next day. So just let it be. "

"The room provided initially was not very clean. The bedsheets were stained. However, the staff was courteous and changed the room immediately and provided a nice room after I complained. Everything was smooth and comfortable after that initial check-in issue."
