"Good property "

"I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "

"I think the property is absolutely well kept & very welcoming. The team on ground is excellent. Front office, room service & all around, people were so courteous & welcoming. Even at the time of checkout they were so good. Vansh who did my checkout was excellent. Keep it up guys!!"

"Reception staff was not trained enough to talk decently. Lots of mosquitoes and fuming smell throughout the hotel. I booked a non-smoking room but they giving me a smoked room with puking smell in the hallway"

"Not a 4 star property, not clean, paint coming off the walls, generally not well maintained."
