"Booked this place for 3 nights. Check-in process was a bit tedious and lengthy (not sure why as they get a lot of foreigners on business trips). While checking-in, we were pleasantly surprised and escorted by a Concierge Manager (Rajesh M.) to an event that they were having at the time to celebrate the beginning of the festive Christmas season. "Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Both inside restaurants are very good. Breakfast is very good too. Pool was not accessible during our stay because of a conference in the hotel for 3 days so we didn't use it."
