"My Travel Desk had booked me into Hotel Vijay Villa. I had given my arrival time at 6:30 pm and arrived at 7 pm. I was most impressed when i opened the door of my room 303 post check in formalities the hotel had left the AC on for me and the room was chilled and inviting in the scotching heat and 87% humidity. I was impressed with the cleanliness and and the efficiency of service that the hotel offered, as i was a single lady traveler i felt secured and comfortable at the hotel. The food was...

"The place is unbelievably dirty. I couldn't step out on the veranda as it looked like it had not been swept for months on end. Looks like no one supervises the cleaner and he's very bad at his job."

"The property is safe, with security checkpoints at several places on the property. The staff members were very helpful at the checkout desk and 3 restaurants on the property I visited. It is very clean, and the view from my room was excellent. I enjoyed my stay. "
