"The architecture and the atmosphere of the property is incredible, the comfort is really very pleasant. However, the staff in charge seems to be not very happy in their work and show a lot of lack of knowledge in their routine tasks. I definitely recommend the property but you have to improve a lot in customer service or improve training"

"The staff was sooo friendly! They were so attentive and answered all my questions. Especially the man who did me the great favor of bringing all my suit cases to my room. He was so kind to show us around our room! Great customer service and would definitely book another stay here!! "
